Had recently been made redundant but had a substantial pension pot which they will be able to use to fund mortgage payments. Would normally had to use bridging finance where interest rates would have been approximately 1%. Mortgage payments were substantially lower.
Buy to Let remortgage. Were applicants were capital raising £80,000 to enable them to buy another property to rent out.
Help to Buy where the applicant was a overseas doctor working for the NHS and was a First Time Buyer.
Help to Buy Purchase where one of the applicants was aged 56 and required a 23 year term mortgage.
House purchase where one of the applicants was on maternity leave and was not due back to work until April 2021
In addition to the above Manchester Mortgages have arranged a product transfer for customers with their existing lender and were able to obtain a lower rate than was being offered.
Homemover where the applicant started their job in March 2020 and the other applicant party to the mortgage was on a temporary contract due to coronavirus and could not carry out their normal Occupation.
First Time Buyer who is due to start there job as a Teacher starting September 2020
