As whole of market mortgage brokers the selected deals are just an indication of some of the rates available, all are subject to change without notice and dependent on applicants meeting the lenders criteria.

Although the Bank of England Base rate is now 0.25% ( which was announced on 4 August 2016 ) the rate had previously remained unchanged at 0.50 % since 5 March 2009, lenders will continue to change the rates on offer on a regular basis as this will be influenced by market conditions and the rates available on money markets.

Therefore a rate offered by a lender will only be booked and confirmed once a full mortgage application and satisfactory valuation of the property has been received.

Lenders issue mortgage offers which are normally valid up to 6 months from the date of the offer, however, some lenders mortgage offers are only valid for 3 months – if your mortgage does not complete within these dates the offer may be withdrawn or dependent on lender a new application and valuation may be required and the rate offered subject to those available at that time.
